Ghosts in the Gardens (2022)

Ghost in the Garden is an installation of 27 lost souls wandering various public gardens in York. They reflect on York's long and fascinating history. The translucent aluminium mesh from which they are made gives them an eerie and otherworldly character. The project was the initiative of The York Bid, taken on by Unconventional Design and executed by various sculptors. The ghosts were on display from the 23rd of September until the 7th of November 2022. They proved popular and won a national award for Place Marketing. I made a falcon, an artist and a Stuart.
